We added a double height extension to the\u00a0right side of the property to create an additional bedroom and living area.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>The interior was completely refurbished and modernised.\u00a0 We\u00a0created a 4th bedroom with en-suite containing shower, wc, bath and two sinks,\u00a0plastering throughout existing\u00a0property and extension.\u00a0 We\u00a0completed internal decoration and tiled the floor thoughout the existing property and new extension with porcelain tiles with underfloor heating.\u00a0 We\u00a0also created the base for the sunken spa and a decked area surround.\u00a0 Finally, landscaping the rear garden.<\/p>\n
